Listo vs RAY

RAY charges you no commission. It charges your customer.

According to its own pricing page, every order that comes in through RAY charges your customer a 5% service fee, on top of delivery. With Listo your customer pays for their order and its delivery. Nothing more.

Friday, 9 at night, it is raining. How much is your delivery?

With Listo the delivery depends only on distance: it costs the same on Friday night as on Tuesday at noon, and you see it before you request it.

RAY does not publish its fare and quotes it order by order. Before you sign, ask them for the written price of a 3 km trip on a Friday at 9 at night.

Their terms, not ours

RAY's fine print. Word for word.

Four clauses of the terms RAY publishes at rayapp.ai/es/terms-of-service. Read them before you sign.

  • RAY's terms, clause 4.3
"Salvo indicación contraria, los Servicios se renovarán automáticamente. La no renovación debe notificarse con 30 días de antelación."

With Listo you cancel whenever you want, with no 30 days' notice; if you paid for the year, we let you know before renewing it.

  • RAY's terms, clause 4.5
"La cancelación debe solicitarse por correo electrónico y se considerará efectiva una vez saldadas todas las tarifas pendientes."

With Listo you cancel from your account, whenever you want.

  • RAY's terms, clause 3.7
"RAY podrá limitar el acceso o aplicar tarifas adicionales si el Cliente excede el uso razonable según la Política de Uso Justo."

With Listo the limit is in our terms: 200 conversations included and $8 plus IVA each extra.

  • RAY's terms, clause 11
"El uso de la Plataforma fuera de Argentina es bajo responsabilidad exclusiva del Cliente, quien debe garantizar el cumplimiento de las leyes locales que resulten aplicables."

Listo is a Guadalajara company: laws of Mexico and CFDI invoices.

What RAY says about Listo

"A cambio, cobra $591 MXN más de plan al mes y limita la asistente a 200 conversaciones."
rayapp.ai/es/ray-vs-listo, question "¿Qué hace mejor Listo?", September 27, 2026.

Half of it is true.
The other half is not.

Our plan does cost $591 more. But Listo's AI assistant has no limit: it includes 200 conversations a month, each extra one costs $8 plus IVA, and it keeps answering. You see the usage in your dashboard.

And the $591 you save on their plan, your customers pay to RAY in service charges with 48 orders of $250.

Choose well

RAY or Listo? It depends on what you want to solve.

RAY suits you if...

  • You want table reservations, loyalty points and an app with your brand.
  • Your customers message you on Instagram and Facebook, or call you.

  • You want to be able to leave whenever you want, with no 30 days' notice.
  • You want support on WhatsApp with people in Mexico, not bots.
  • You want fewer failed deliveries: your customer can mark their door on the map, you can ask for a delivery PIN and you see the photo of each delivery.
  • You want you and your customer to see the order live, with WhatsApp updates at every step.
  • You want your digital menu with a link and a QR code, free.
  • You want a simple dashboard to request a courier in a few taps, from your phone or your computer.
  • You want a platform that gets better every week.
